All content and work produced by Spinaxis is provided to the client under a non-exclusive license for its intended use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full ownership (copyright) may be transferred to the client upon request and subject to a separate written agreement and fee.

While every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, Spinaxis does not guarantee that deliverables will be error-free or suitable for all purposes. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final work prior to use, publication, or distribution.

Any changes requested after project completion that fall outside the original approved brief will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Spinaxis is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its work, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Color and print results may vary depending on devices and production methods.

By engaging Spinaxis, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that certain elements (including fonts, stock images, or other third-party assets) may be subject to separate licensing terms.
